At MobileBees, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience — from placing an order to returns and refunds. Our policy outlines the terms for cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Delivery Timelines
- Within city: 24–48 hours
- Outside city: 5–7 business days
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are marked as “Out for Delivery.”
- To cancel, visit ‘My Orders’ in your account on MobileBees.co.in.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated as per the timeline below:
- Before 2 PM – Same day refund initiation
- After 2 PM – Next working day refund initiation
Exchange / Replacement Policy
You may request an exchange or replacement within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- Physically damaged product
- Missing parts or accessories
- Wrong product received
- Product not working or defective
Important: Damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or before device activation, whichever is earlier.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Product must be unused and returned in original packaging with:
- Invoice
- Brand box
- MRP tags
- Accessories, warranty card, and user manual
- Products showing signs of use, or missing items will not be eligible for exchange.
- Please do not accept tampered packages. Broken “Void Seals” will disqualify exchange claims.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is defective or non-functional
- Physical damage or missing parts (to be reported within 24 hours)
Returns are subject to verification. We may ask for unboxing videos or images with a visible timestamp for proof.
Non-returnable items:
- Mobile accessories like screen protectors, tempered glass, etc., unless damaged on arrival.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after inspection and confirmation at our warehouse.
- Once approved, refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.
- No cash refunds will be made.
